Rich started on the internet back in the days where you searched using Archie with Veronica.

When Tim Berners-Lee gave us the World Wide Web, Rich built his first website. There were no WYSIWYG editors so he visited Barnes & Noble to buy a book on HTML. There were two copies of the same title so he bought one and cut their inventory in half.

He built a website and surprise, no one came. That forced him to learn search engine optimization. And then came the traffic, lots of it.

As the Word Wide Web grew, analytics became important. Free page counters were tacky and really didn’t tell you much so Rich took up programming. That led to databases and full-blown web applications.

Now Rich does both front-end and back-end web development as well as search engine optimization.
